As part of our recent QHSE Day celebration, we were proud to shine a spotlight on a group of individuals whose dedication to safety, quality, and accountability continues to elevate our culture: our HSE Champions.

These team members — selected from across our UAE operations — have consistently demonstrated proactive leadership in promoting safe practices, supporting colleagues, and driving continuous improvement. Whether it’s mentoring others, identifying and mitigating risks, or helping embed our Built In Safety and Built In Quality initiatives, their contributions make a real difference.

Certificates of recognition were awarded as a small but meaningful gesture to thank them for setting the standard and showing that leadership in HSE is not about job titles — it’s about actions and attitude.
