Proclad proudly hosted its annual QHSE Day this past week, bringing together employees, clients, and stakeholders across its UAE facilities to celebrate the company’s deep-rooted commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental performance.

The event, aligned with the ILO World Day for Safety and Health at Work, featured a packed programme of live demonstrations, technical showcases, and health-focused activities. A key highlight was the voluntary health screening initiative, offering staff and visitors free checks for blood pressure, blood sugar, BMI, and vision, reinforcing the link between workplace safety and personal wellbeing.

As part of the programme, Proclad’s HSE Champions were recognised with certificates of appreciation, honouring individuals who consistently demonstrate leadership in promoting safety and quality culture across operations.

Visitors were also introduced to Proclad’s Built In Safety and Built In Quality initiatives, which are designed to embed these principles directly into every stage of the business — from planning and production to leadership and day-to-day decision-making.

Interactive displays showcased the company’s latest inspection technologies, automation in welding and fabrication, and continuous improvement frameworks — giving attendees a clear view of how Proclad is investing in both people and systems to drive excellence across the board.

The event closed with a message of appreciation from the management team, reinforcing Proclad’s unwavering commitment to a safe, healthy, and high-performing workplace.
