ExxonMobil – Jurong Refinery The Jurong Refinery is a state-of-the-art petroleum processing facility operated by ExxonMobil on Jurong Island, Singapore. As one of the largest integrated refining and petrochemical complexes in the Asia-Pacific region, it plays a crucial role in meeting global energy and chemical demand. Key Highlights: • World-Class Refining Capacity: The Jurong Refinery has a processing capacity of approximately 605,000 barrels per day, producing a wide range of high-quality fuels, lubricants, and petrochemical products to support industrial and consumer markets worldwide.

The Proclad Scope was the fabrication & painting of 2,000-inch Dia Alloy 625 Inconel Cladded pipe spools of various diameters 0.50” to 14” Clad/ Solid with the thickness range from 4.78 mm to 31.75mm. Including various types of branch connections such as Weldolet, Flageolet, Nipolet, Elbolet and Insert weldolets etc. GTAW Manual, GTAW Auto, SMAW, and SAW processes were used to comply with relevant WPS, and Butt joints were 100% RT examined and PWHT was applied in line with the code requirements.
