The Proclad scope was the fabrication & site welding of 2,000-inch Dia Alloy 625 Inconel clad pipe spools of 16 Inch Diameter with the thickness of 41.90 mm .GTAW Manual, GTAW Auto, SMAW, and SAW processes were used to comply with relevant WPS, and Butt joints were 100% RT examined and PWHT was applied in line with the code requirements.
