JOB PURPOSE:

To plan coordinate and execute maintenance activities, to maintain, coordinate, develop and support all production activities and facility requirements of FTV Proclad Dubai and services to current client base, to develop new and improved process in to support agreed business plans and objectives.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

•⁠  ⁠Design calculation & detailing of static equipment by using international codes & standards like, ASME SEC. VIII DIV-1, WRC-537/297, Shell DEP, TEMA, API650, API 660, API 510, NACE-MR0175(ISO 15156), PD5500, IBR & IS 2825.
•⁠  ⁠Performing Mechanical Strength calculation and Analysis for High Pressure Vessels, Columns, Shell and Tube Exchangers, Air Coolers(Pressure retaining parts), Fired heaters, De-Salter, Cone roof storage tank, Dome roof storage tank and filters by manual calculation and also by using software PV-Elite, Code Cal, Compress, Nozzle Pro and FEA(ANSYS).
•⁠  ⁠Preparation of Mechanical design data sheet, Technical specification, MR, PR, TBE/TBA, sizing, selection and performance evaluation of process equipment’s.
•⁠  ⁠Reviewing vendor’s Drawing/Documents and preparing Technical Queries.
•⁠  ⁠Well understanding and experience on Equipment design, P&ID, Skid, Equipment and Piping layout, Pipe routing and supporting structure arrangement.
•⁠  ⁠Well understanding and experience on Technical Accreditations under ASME Code “U”, “U2”, “S”, “PP” “A”, and the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors National Board’s “R” and “NB” Code stamps.
•⁠  ⁠Liaise with different engineering disciplines to ensure accurate & comprehensive engineering outcomes, status of activities and deliverables.
•⁠  ⁠Provide MTO from client approved for construction drawings.

REQUIREMENTS

Mechanical Engineer with above 4 years experience.
Proficiency in PLM, FEA, CAM and CAE tools.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, ANSYS, ProMechanica and LabView.
