Job Title: Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong manufacturing backgroundto join our finance team.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of financial records using the Company’s accounting software.

• Preparation of balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flows, and other accounting schedules and reports required for month end closing.

• Analysis of accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy of transactions recorded for month end reporting to management.

• Performance of payable tasks such as ageing analysis, encoding of suppliers invoices, processing of payments, corresponding to suppliers, and releasing of cheques.

• Performance of receivables tasks such as preparation and recording of invoices, reconciliation of debtors’ accounts, ageing analysis and follow up of payments.

• Processing of monthly payroll (including overtime calculation and WPS requirements) and maintenance of staff related accruals.

• Monthly bank reconciliation.

• Petty cash custody and maintenance.

• Performance of general accounts analysis and reconciliations.

• Knowledge of ICV &Vat &CT

Requirements & Qualifications

Required Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.

• 4 years or above experience in general accounting position.

• Full Accounting cycle experience.

• Intermediate level experience with a primary MRP/ERP system.

• Good Knowledge with MS Office.

• Manufacturing background is must
